Do I need to enter a credit card to start my free trial?
Yes. We do this as it reduces admin, keeps costs low, and ensures your service continues without interruption. Remember, you can cancel any time during your free trial and you won’t pay a cent. And after, there’s no contract, cancel any time.
How long will it take me to get setup?
You get setup in about 10 minutes. Tweak the questions you want to ask and enter your pricing. You can also tweak the colours to match your branding. Then embed the estimator into your website. Prospects use it to generate their price. You’re instantly notified when they give their contact details.
Would this be cheaper to buy direct from PriceGuide.ai?
No. The equivalent package from PriceGuide.ai is Pro, at $69 a month. And doesn’t contain the MSP-specific templates. By creating a separate version just for MSPs, and using the existing MSP Marketing Edge direct support team, we’ve been able to drive down the cost and pass that onto you.

How do I cancel?
You just tell us by email. There’s no contract, so your payment will be cancelled immediately and your estimator deactivated.
What happens to my price estimator if I cancel?
It will be deactivated. If it’s still embedded in your website it’ll display an error message, and won’t work. You’ll still be able to log in to access the historical leads you generated.
Can I get a refund?
No, we don’t offer refunds, even if you have not used the service during your membership. Our cost base is like your helpdesk service. You must pay the costs to deliver it, whether a client uses it or not, right? Our refund policy is laid out in our simple terms and conditions.
